The "barrel dereeler" is a unique design drum cover, which allows for the directed, free feed of wire from its packaging barrel to the process. Minimized wire tangle, misfeed, and other wire handling problems.

CAD Knowledge / Design Formats

C & C Fiberglass accomodates all client's preferred method of design approach in all formats including fax, drawing, and design files. We accept practically all CAD drawings and software types. Providing proper CAD (computer-aided design) information is relevanl during the creation of a fiberglass pattern. This pattern exhibits all geometrical, dimensional, and surface characteristics of the finished part.

CNC Machining

In cases in which we use CNC machines to build the pattern rather then hand built, we work closely with our partner, Q-Model Inc., to provide these services. Q-Model Inc.'s state-of-the-art facility includes multiple CNC's.
