At a 1/5th of the weight of Corian and at a fraction of the price, our SSV countertops are a wonderful option for your kitchen and bathroom countertop needs. The exterior surface is durable and resembles Corian. It is easily repaired like Corian but has some unique advantages in price and weight savings. The options and possibilities are endless. Some styles include molded sink bowls and stove openings. Back splashes and "bull nose" fronts can also be added. Our countertops have withstood rigorous testing by UL and CSA and have proven to be a wonderful option to those who want the upscale appearance of Corian but do not want the high costs associated with it.

Some customers have chosen to have the material produced in 66" x 122" sheets. This is easy to transport, store, and work with. They then nest the best yield by tracing the sink "footprints" and then route them out. After the sink "blank" is cut, they then glue Corian rolled edges and mount their above or below mounted sink bowl. This option allows the manufacturer the flexibility to change configurations in the future as floor plans change. Others have had molds produced that yield specific configurations for specific floor plan lay-outs. With this option, molded bowls for sinks can be added for dramatic aesthetic value. Wood cleats are added in the product to make the countertop installation an easy process.
